The use of screen tones was pretty nice in some places, though you could probably take a little more care with them as some areas becomes a bit dark and cloudy making the art work look muddy and unpolished. It could also be from not cleaning up the line work too, but I'm not sure.
Your action and panelling is pretty clean though you could stand to have a few more wide shots and less close ups. Give the page some breathing space to it looks less cluttered. A few page width panels and sometimes bigger spaces between panels can help with that.
